Photography
As a Moon Child, I am contemplative, receptive, and moody. I work from impulse and intuition, in this field I can only trust myself to get results. I strive to be open-minded, to observe and to learn and to grow. My goal is to free myself of limitations and to help others recognize that there are wonderful serendipitous moments to be found outside of the paradigm. I want my photographs to be bold. I want to experiment and have control at the same moment. I enjoy exploring alternative methods in my photographs. I am proud of my work and do not hide it. This is what I do. This is who I am. I seek criticism so that I may learn and evolve in my photography. Not everyone feels the same as I do and I can accept and appreciate the differences in everyone's opinion. There is no specific laid out theme to my work, only that each of my images was created from my heart and my imagination. I try not to place boundaries on myself to stick to a particular subject or style. Exploration in my photography is what makes my art satisfying to me and hopefully in the end, to the client. I trust that what I am meant to express with my photography will arise when it is meant to. I want to create photographs that incorporate inexplicable or contradictory aspects, something that could be considered both beautiful and repulsive. The visions I share are the results of places, people, and moments, which have helped to shape who I am today. Too many times we have taken for granted the people we meet in our lifetime and we neglect ourselves as well. We lose sight of the path, which we know is right only propelling ourselves faster down the spiral of confusion. Let my photographs be a reminder to you of the experiences that make each of us as unique as the next.
