This work embodies the notion of the traveler as embarking upon a mythical journey or "call to adventure," weaving together themes of departure, divinity, perseverance, romance, and personal growth. The work juxtaposes collage with photography in order to explore color, line, and light in a manner heavily influenced by surrealism.
