Denali National Park, 2008

We toured the park on an eight hour bus ride which would've lasted three times longer if I'd been in charge and able to stop to make more photographs. However, we were on an agenda and six million acres is not easily explored in one day. The lighting and scenery were lovely, with autumn colors in full swing. I was almost more enamored by the hills than by Denali. The swooping lines and colors in the rocks were often unexpected and left me speechless.
