My art is a journey; my process is simple. I sit down with a blank canvas and a basket full of paint. With my brush I explore the colors of my passions and my emotions; I experiment with brush strokes and the presence of water. Each painting is unique to it's moment of creation. Painting is a meditation on the present and the future, the playful and the contemplative, the light and the dark. In a world without absolute definitions my work fills the space between empty and expressive. My bicycle art expands my paint experiments from brushes to household objects as a way to honor my bicycle.
