"American CEO" embodies the outstanding qualities of corporate leaders willing to accept salaries hundreds of times greater than those of the people who actually do the work, namely gigantic greed, a cheery lack of shame and a gutsy willingness to smash the little people who stand in their way. It's intended as a friendly slap in the face to those who deny the existence of a class war in the United States.
