Because money travels slower than humane motion there is a lot of congestion to obtain what we all need. Bottlenecking of resources, both emotional and material takes place. It takes time to exchange a dime for a gumdrop, but gratitude is instantaneous. This is true for any medium of trade. The only solution is to give up on the economy all at once and we know this is absurd. I produced these pieces to reflect on the absurdity of our predator behavior and that of any obtainable reconciliation. I include cash and coin to emphasize the inert quality of money and the psychological weight it carries. The charity being addressed here requires us to sin in a better direction with our collective resources.
